Softly by the Window is an intimate portrait series exploring the relationship between natural light, femininity and space. Photographed beside a large window, the images move from gentle, contemplative portraits into more expressive studies of form and movement. Soft daylight, pale lingerie and skin contrast with dark hair and worn wooden floorboards, creating a visual language that feels both romantic and slightly nostalgic.
The series deliberately retains a sense of intimacy, allowing the changing light, poses and details of the room to become part of the photographs rather than simply their setting.
