Model, television personality, and travel influencer Katy Johnson has been featured on Glamour, People Magazine, Hello Magazine, Ok Magazine, GQ, Maxim, Sports Illustrated, Esquire, Men’s Health, and FHM. Katy appears on the FOX reality show, Joe Millionaire, which airs on Fox and Hulu. Previously she was on TVGN’s Clifton Shores.
Passionate about travel, she created ‘One Model Mission,’ to travel to every country and document beauty in women of all shapes and sizes while also learning about their lives and culture. She has interviewed 50 plus women across 81 countries.
Her travels offer the ability to turn a passion into a job, writing about travel and collaborating with hospitality brands such as EU Rail, Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, The Fairmont, Kempinski, JW Marriott, Sheraton, Hilton, and Sofitel.
Katy does advocacy for a number of causes close to her. Having lost a boyfriend to suicide, she has worked to bring attention to mental health issues and those who need the help. Katy is a member of The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Animal rights is another strong belief of hers as a member of PETA and the National Humane Society. She also raises awareness for those captured into sex and human trafficking, a prevalent issue for women and children around the world.
At 19, Katy moved to Los Angeles from her hometown of Boone, Iowa to pursue modeling and acting. Katy continuously strives to be a positive asset to any woman who reaches out to her, whether it be for advice, friendship, or just someone to share a laugh with.
